Studentpad is an online accommodation search website. Landlords, Student Halls and Letting Agents can use Studentpad to advertise available accommodation. Students can use Studentpad to search for accommodation available in their local area.
There are two places on the Homepage you can navigate to register to advertise on Studentpad. ‘Landlords’ in the top navigation bar or ‘Landlord Login’ below the search bar. Next click the green box that says ‘First time landlord register’ On the next page read all the registration information then scroll down and click the registration button.

There are two ways you can receive enquires about a property you advertised on Studentpad. If you selected to ‘allow enquiries’ when registering your account, you can receive contact directly through the Studentpad software. You will be notified of such enquiries via the email address you provided. Alternatively, a Student can make direct contact using the contact details you provided when registering your account, these will be displayed on your property advert.
A Student can choose to ‘Search Everything’ on the Studentpad site or narrow their search results using the search options. We recommend you add as much detail as possible when registering your property to ensure it appears in all relevant search options. Homepage search options set search criteria.
Yes, If the advertised property has any Sustainable Living features these can be selected when registering your property details and will appear on the property details page of each advert listing.
They can navigate to the ‘Go Local’ page on the main menu to find some local information.
