Message vetting
All messages are first vetted by University of Wales, Newport before being uploaded onto the messageboard. We expect them to be on the on the site within 24 hours when submitted during a working day.

Student accommodation available - use this forum if you are a student, have a spare room(s) and are looking for other students to share with you

Student accommodation wanted - use this forum if you are a student in need of accommodation and are looking to find other students to live with and / or accommodation

Find a flat mate - use this forum if you would like to meet up with other students to look for a house together

Short term accommodation - use this forum if you would like to advertise or need accommodation whose letting period is for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months

Only accommodation that has been registered by the University of Wales, Newport will be allowed to be displayed on these pages. Can we, therefore, please ask you to include the "StudentPad" property reference and/or the first line of the address of the property (e.g. 3 High Street) within the body of the message so that the property can be verified before posting.
