Canterbury Student Housing is an accreditation scheme run by Canterbury City Council in conjunction with the city's three Universities. By offering recognition to those landlords providing safe homes and a good service, tenants now have peace of mind in finding off-campus properties to rent. In joining the scheme, landlords can benefit from the advice, information and additional services provided by the Council as well as having their properties promoted to students in the district

Studentpad.co.uk was set up in December 1999 as an independent advisor and provider in the search for your ideal student accommodation. We provide this service in conjunction with Canterbury City Council. Our joint aim is to help you find suitable accredited properties to rent in Canterbury.
